I typically have all my jobs completed and returned to you within 1 - 4 days of the shoot (24-48 hours for real estate). I use google drive to deliver photos - all edited and high resolution. I can also offer to return them to you on a usb drive if needed.

How do you do a twilight session for real estate photos?
No - I deliver unlimited photos. If the photo turns out well it is edited and included - with all sessions.
For real estate - I do not offer a limited amount of photos for different tiers of pricing - I cover the entire home / unit and all pictures will be included with my original set price. I like to give you plenty of options.
Yes - I do travel for jobs, including anywhere from Denver to Grand Junction. I will sometimes be willing to travel further. Additional fees for travel will be included in my price. Please include location details with your inquiry.
All of my real estate and interior photos are fully edited HDR style, high resolution, and my price includes object removal, color correction, and sky replacement, etc if and when needed.
Virtual staging is also offered for a price per photo upon request.

No - I do not offer prints - but I always suggest Shutterfly.com (especially if you are a Costco member you get 51% off of all orders!) Sometimes when I do events I will offer them for sale on my ketchup.smugmug.com website, where prints and digital downloads are available.
Yes - I offer videos showing off listings for sale or rent as an add-on to a photo package.
I can do simple videos with music - or - more sophisticated edited videos. (These take longer to edit on the computer and can include drone footage, video clips, photos, realtor intros, voiceover, music etc...)

These types of photos are different than typical real estate photos. They are more focused on the build and details. The photographs are not as wide angle and are more focused on showcasing more specific areas of the room. They are more artistic-based and utilize more natural light.
I believe doing actual twilight photos look much better than virtual twilights - so there is a lot of preparation that go into a twilight photo session.
The house is prepared in the days leading up to a twilight session by making sure all lightbulbs work - inside and very importantly, outside - also bulbs in pool and hot tubs. It is also important to make sure the exterior looks presentable - clutter removed.
I look online to see the specific time of sundown for that date and area and show up to prepare about an hour in advance. I am ready to start shooting about 5-10 minutes after official sundown. I will have already found the ground spots I will shoot from and what angles I am going to get from the drone.
I use the HDR method of blending photos for twilight shots.
